Milestone Projects are a forward-thinking and highly-skilled property and development management consultancy founded by Mark Pawluk in 2019.

Mark is a career property professional who is passionate about delivering projects that return more that robust financial returns. Mark’s passion for development lies within the social outcomes that a well designed place deliver to the community which in turn culminates an upshot to local economic outcomes ultimately benefiting the surrounding community.

Through his experience Mark has developed a refined multifaceted skill set and depth of knowledge resulting in a sound understanding of the finer details in successfully delivering development projects.

Milestone Projects operate under the core values of integrity, transparency and accountability, these values act as the foundation of the companies management practices and are reflected through our daily actions.

Our property and development practices are unique in terms of our in-depth expertise and experience, having represented clients in both public and private sectors across numerous property and development projects around Western Australia for the past 20 years.

We are well versed in the scoping and delivery of masterplanned communities, residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial built form developments, aged care, childcare, medical, tourism and retail projects.

What We Do

Not only can we find you the right property, but we conduct comprehensive site suitability analysis, financial modelling of concept designs, optioneering to maximising site value, manage the completion of all planning and design work, secure the required statutory approvals, and administer all construction contracts to deliver you a finished product.
